Instructions:

For the gnocchi in wild garlic sauce, make a potato dough according to the basic recipe, form gnocchis and cook in salted water. Then strain and rinse. For the wild garlic sauce, rinse the wild garlic hot and chop the wild garlic, onion and garlic.

Heat some olive oil in a pot. Sauté onion, garlic and bear’s garlic in it, deglaze with a dash of white wine and as soon as it has evaporated, add 200 ml of water, season with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of soup seasoning.

Add the cream and bring to the boil again. Grease a baking dish, fill in the gnocchi and pour the wild garlic sauce over it, stir once and then sprinkle some grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top.

Bake in the preheated oven at 160° hot air for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the gnocchi in wild garlic sauce with parmesan and serve.
