For the goat cheese dumplings, wash, sort and cut the wild garlic into strips.

Cook the potatoes in the steamer until soft, peel and mash. Knead into a dough with semolina, egg and olive oil and season with salt and nutmeg. Cut goat cheese into pieces and add to the dough.

Form dumplings from this mixture and steam at 100° C for 15 minutes. The last 5 minutes, steam the wild garlic in a separate perforated dish.

Chop walnuts and pine nuts and dry roast them together with the sesame seeds in a pan. Roll the steamed goat cheese dumplings in them.

Season the wild garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper and serve with the goat cheese dumplings.
