For the golden stars, quickly knead a shortcrust dough from flour, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, yolk and salt, wrap in foil and let rest in a cool place for 30 minutes.

Roll out to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out stars, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until light.

When cooled, spread with blackberry jam, sticking 2 together at a time. Heat chocolate glaze, glaze cookies on one side with it and sprinkle with gold powder.
