For the couscous with nectarine and blueberries, heat the soy drink with the turmeric paste and the raw cane sugar, pour on the wholemeal couscous and let it swell for about 6 minutes (according to the package instructions).

Meanwhile, wash the nectarine and blueberries and chop the nectarine. Mix both into the couscous, decorate with pieces of fruit.
