Instructions:

Rinse chops under cold running water, dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper, turn in flour to the other side.

Roast the chops in heated oil and layer them in a gratin dish.

Peel onions, cut into slices, saute in melted butter until soft. Add mushrooms.

Dice ham and add to onions. Form this quantity over the chops, put the whipped cream on top and let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Place the gratin dish on the broiler in the oven.

Top/bottom heat approx. 200 °C (preheated) Hot air approx. 180 °C (not preheated) Gas level 3-4 (preheated)

Tip: It’s best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
