Instructions:

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks and rum.

Gradually stir in the milk. Mix flour and baking powder and fold in alternately with the stiffly beaten egg whites.

Spread half the mixture on a greased and floured baking sheet.

Mix the ingredients for the filling and spread on the dough.

Mix the 2nd half of the dough with cocoa and spread on the curd mixture.

Bake at 150 °C for about 45 minutes.

After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
