For granola bars, mix the coarse and fine rolled oats, flour, coconut, almond kernels, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, vanilla pulp and salt in a bowl. Add the honey, the water and the oil and knead together.

Oil a baking sheet, roll out the mixture on the baking sheet with a rolling pin.

Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture dry a little more, then cut it into thin rectangles with a sharp kitchen knife, carefully place it on a cooling rack and let it cool.

Store the granola bars in a tin.
