For the grape and curd dessert, crumble the butter cookies. Wash the grapes, pat dry, cut in half and remove the seeds if necessary.

Whip the cream until stiff, cut or grate the chocolate into small pieces and mix the curd with natural yogurt, honey (to taste) and Cointreau. Add chocolate and walnuts and mix well.

Fold in whipped cream and alternate layers of curd yogurt cream, grapes and cookies in 4 glass bowls.

Decorate with grapes, walnuts and lemon balm leaves. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Sweeten the grape and curd dessert with maple syrup or honey as desired.
