Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks, cut into slices. Rinse the zucchini, cut the ends small and divide into 1/2 cm thick slices. Cut the feta cheese into 1 cm thick slices. Layer all the ingredients in a flat ovenproof dish greased with olive oil, season heartily with salt and pepper and oregano, and drizzle the remaining oil over the top. Bake on the middle shelf in the oven heated to 220 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is browned at the edges. Serve with baguette.

You can also use mozzarella instead of feta cheese.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
