Instructions:

Cook chicory in a bain-marie with cooked ham rolled in. Put this in a gratin dish. Also put cooked potatoes and quartered tomatoes in the form. Pour everything together with a bechamel sauce and bake in about 20 min.

If spinach is used: Melt some fat in a saucepan. Add onion pieces and the spinach. But be careful, do not cook too long, otherwise it will fall apart. Season (to taste) with nutmeg, a little pepper, salt and seasoning mix.
