A delicious strawberry recipe!

Rinse salmon fillet and remove any remaining bones. Mix salt, sugar and pepper and apply to the salmon fillet. Top with a thin layer of chopped dill (or crushed juniper berries with gin).

Wrap salmon fillet in cling film and place in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours. Then remove and rinse under cold water. Again apply a thin layer of dill (or crushed juniper berries with gin), followed by another at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Cut into narrow slices and bring to the table.
