Clean fennel and cut into wedges. Cut garlic into thin slices. Peel the lemons in a spiral, squeeze the lemon.

In a baking dish, sauté garlic in olive oil at 600 watts, add wine and lemon zest. Crush coriander and pepper and add. Mix the fennel slices with the marinade, cook with the lid closed at 600 watts for 13-15 minutes.

Fennel in a glass container form. Stir the marinade with 3 tbsp. juice of one lemon and salt, pour over the fennel and cool everything together.

Tips: Part of an appetizer platter or possibly add to meat.
