Instructions:

Crumble the feta and grind it in a food processor (or with a fork), gradually adding the olive oil and the juice of a lemon to make it creamy.

Remove the stem from the chili pepper, remove the seeds and finely chop it, add it to the cheese cream (if you use a food processor, just cut it into pieces and grind it again with the whole quantity). Add oregano and maybe pepper and pressed garlic. Refrigerate the feta cream for at least an hour.

Serve with pita bread.

Tip: If you do not have fresh chili peppers available, then simply use high-quality chili oil.
