Instructions:

Clean and rinse peppers and tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into quarters and remove seeds.

Finely dice everything. Peel onions, chop finely. Mix peppers, tomatoes and onions. Season with pepper, salt, juice of one lemon and Tabasco. Cut olives into thin slices. Crumble cheese. Rinse and pluck kitchen herbs. Mix everything together and let it sit for a while. Peel, rinse and coarsely grate potatoes. Mix with flour and eggs. Season with pepper and salt. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a coated frying pan. Fry a quarter of the potato mixture in it for 3-5 min. per side until golden brown, keep warm. Bake 3 more pancakes in the same way. Serve with the vegetable mixture.

Drink: cool rosé wine.
