Cut white cabbage (remove stalk) into pieces, dice onions, sauté with cabbage in olive oil. Add vegetable soup, grated lemon peel, anise and fennel seeds, cover and cook for 25 minutes, season with juice of one lemon, pepper, salt.

Peel tomatoes, cut into cubes. Grate the sheep cheese. Serve soup with cheese and tomato cubes. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
