Instructions:

Melt the butter, add the almond kernels and semolina. Roast on a low fire until golden brown. Stir constantly.

In a second saucepan, heat sugar and milk together, gently rolling until sugar is melted. Then pour it over the mixture of semolina. Put this quantity in a gratin dish and place in the oven heated to 100 degrees for 3 hours.
