A delicious fish recipe for any occasion!

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the seeds (do not peel the avocado halves!). Grill the avocado halves, cut sides down, over medium heat until the typical handle pattern is formed.

Dice 1/3 of the tuna and mix with chili flakes, salt, juice of one lemon, pepper and olive oil. Marinate a little bit like a tartar.

Season the tuna steak with salt and brush with a little olive oil. Grill the steak on both sides. The fish should still remain glazed in the center, but lukewarm.

Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves, set a few aside, cut off the rest. Toss the tomatoes with the pepper, sea salt, basil and olive oil.

Arrange the avocados grilled side up and place the tuna tartare inside. Slice the grilled tuna and arrange decoratively next to it, seasoning with a tiny bit of salt. Garnish with basil leaves and the tomato-basil oil mixture.
