Instructions:

Carefully peel the skin from the breasts , creating a pocket. Push into this pocket 2 slices of chorizo and a sage leaf each, without loosening the skin.

Before grilling, lightly drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill for 8 to 10 min on each side.
