Prepare: Bring soup and milk to a boil. Add the hominy while stirring, season. Simmer on low heat for approx. 20 min, stirring occasionally. Add chili, turn off heat and simmer with lid closed for about half an hour. Stir in grated cheese. Spread on cooled rinsed baking sheet in about 2 cm thick, cool. Cut into any desired shapes.

Grill: Grill on both sides for 5-6 min each on hot griddle. After turning, place cheese slices on top, season.

Tip: Only turn to the other side when the bottom side is fried.
