Grilled Fish Fillet with Fried Potatoes

Instructions:

Wash the fish and sprinkle with the juice of one lemon, salt, pepper and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

For the fried potatoes, peel the potatoes and cut them into not too small pieces, preferably quartered lengthwise.

Let them color in hot olive oil, season and cook with a covered lid under low heat. Turn now and then. This takes about 30 minutes.

Preheat the broiler.

Remove the finished potatoes from the roasting pan and keep warm.

Heat the frying pan again.

Place the fish in a roasting pan with a little olive oil under the broiler and broil for about 6 minutes on each side. The time depends on the thickness of the fish fillet.

Arrange the fish with the fried potatoes and serve.
