Instructions:

Briefly scald the meat sausage with boiling hot water.

Cut the sausage every 4 cm so that it only hangs together at the bottom. Insert a piece of bacon into each cut. Mix the oil with the paprika powder and brush the sausage with it.

Let the sausage ring sizzle on the preheated grill until the sausage is evenly browned and the bacon looks glazed.

Then serve with a baguette and fresh, cold beer!
