For the Grilled Portobello Rocket Burger, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, 2 teaspoons of rosemary and the garlic in a small baking bowl.

Spray the broiler with non-stick spray, then light the broiler (medium temperature). Brush mushrooms all over with olive oil, then sprinkle each with 1 tsp rosemary, pepper and salt. Grill on each side until tender.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the diagonally halved burger buns. Top the bottom burger buns with rocket and mushrooms, cover with the top burger bun halves and serve the Grilled Portobello Rocket Burger.
