Brush and dab the potatoes well. Cut the top into small pieces about 1 cm thick and bake in the heated oven until the potatoes can be hollowed out (20 to half an hour depending on the size of the potatoes). Later, carefully cut out the potato flesh with a tablespoon and put it in a suitable bowl.

Stir the whipped cream well with the potato flesh to make a fine cream. Season with salt and nutmeg (freshly grated) and pour into the hollowed potatoes form. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place butter flakes on top.

Grill in the heated broiler for about 10 minutes until the surface is nice and golden brown.
