Thread the crayfish tails with the sliced zucchini alternately onto 4 oiled wooden skewers. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill under the heated broiler for 5 to 8 min, drizzle with juice of one lemon.

Serve with white wine and white bread.

Tip: Zucchini are a type of squash and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
