For the grissini with crunchy nuts, mix yeast with lukewarm water, add to flour, salt, honey and oil. Knead everything into a dough.

Let the dough rise a bit, knead again and roll into sticks. Whisk egg whites with a teaspoon of water. Brush the sticks with egg white and roll in the chopped nuts.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees top/bottom heat until light.
