For the guacamole, finely chop the red onion. Halve the avocados and remove the pit.

Scrape out the flesh with a tablespoon. Place the flesh and finely chopped onion in a bowl and stir.

Add the lime juice to prevent the avocado from turning brown. Add the sour cream, salt and pepper to the avocado cream. Stir properly and season again to taste.

With a little cilantro, the guacamole becomes even better and gets an exotic touch. Finely chop the cilantro and add it at the end.

Enjoy the guacamole with tacos for dipping, or on a slice of white bread.
