Instructions:

Boil the water and gradually sprinkle in the sugar. Add the spices whole. Cut the fruit in half (if it is very nice and firm, do not remove the peel), add the water and boil for about 5 minutes (the longer, the thicker the sauce).

Cool and let it bubble up again – preferably a day later (this increases the flavor).

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
