For the ring cake, cream the thea together with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.

Stir in the yolks one at a time and mix the flour with the saffron baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk.

Pour into a cake tin greased with oil and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
