A bean recipe for every taste:

Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and dice the tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese. Later, grease the gjuwetsche cooking pots or water and grease the roman pot.

Place the garlic, onion, tomatoes and feta cheese in the four cooking pots or in the Roman pot. Put the hot peppers on top. Season with salt, pepper and savory.

Cover and bake at 180 °C for about half an hour. Later, remove the lid and crack one egg on each unit, or in the Roman pot, crack all four eggs distributed over the set. Bake again for ten minutes.

Note: “Gjuveche” is actually just the name for a special clay pot in which all sorts of variations of meat or vegetable stews are cooked. The Bulgarian gjuveche is very similar to the Roman pot. So if you don’t have a Bulgarian cooking pot, you can also use a Roman pot.
