Instructions:

Peeled potatoes cut into medium-sized pieces, boil in about 10 min with 1 cup of salted water, drain. Cut the prepared mushrooms into slices, finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a gratin dish or in a glass pot on 2 or automatic heat 4 to 5, sauté onions until translucent, add mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Clean halibut, acidify, season with salt, season with pepper. Add the potatoes to the mushrooms, place the fish on top, drizzle with white wine or clear soup. Close the gratin dish, cook in the oven until done.

approx. 35 min.

Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley over the fish.
