Instructions:

Wash, peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Boil in salted water for about 12 minutes. Strain and drain well. Mix the butter and cheese to a soft paste. Cut ham into small cubes and stir into the butter-cheese mixture with the flour. Shape each into 1 cm thick loaves. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the loaves in it until golden brown on both sides. Serve with the apple-carrot spread.Apple-carrot spread:Clean carrots, peel apples. Grate both and mix them together. Add lemon juice to prevent apples from turning brown. Mix curd with buttermilk, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the apple-carrot mixture. Wash parsley, pluck leaves and chop finely. Stir into the spread.
