For the ham fritters, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add the meatballs and cook until al dente.

In the meantime, cut the ham into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic and onion.

In a large frying pan or saucepan, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic cubes, sauté briefly and then sauté the ham cubes in it as well.

Add sour cream and liquid cream. Add the parsley and stir the sauce until smooth.

In the meantime, drain the meatballs, which have been cooked al dente, and drain well.
