For a lighter version, you can use ricotta instead of butter, but you will need to cream it in the hand mixer at the beginning.

Grind the ham with the anchovy fillets in the hand mixer. Cream the butter with a fork. Stir in the cheese and ham puree in detail. Spread the paste on six slices of bread and place one slice of bread on each. Gently press the sandwiches together and cut in half crosswise. Arrange on a platter and bring to the table.

Tip: It’s best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
