Rinse and dry the matie fillets. Rinse apples, remove core. Peel the potatoes. Cut everything with the gherkins into evenly small cubes. Mix with sour whipped cream and 5 tbsp cucumber water. Steep for 2 hours. Rinse lettuce leaves, chop dill and parsley, roast fried eggs. Arrange matie salad with fried eggs on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with herbs.
