Peel and chop onion and sauté in hot fat in a frying pan. Add minced meat and fry.
Peel garlic, chop finely, add and pour soup.
Season with salt, pepper and marjoram and reduce the liquid by half.
Boil the croissants in salted water, drain well, mix with the minced meat and season if necessary.
Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
