Instructions:

For the veggie burger, first prepare the sauce. For the sauce, mix sour cream, yogurt, chopped chives and salt and refrigerate.

For the burger bun, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Then stir this mixture to the remaining flour and the sugar and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Then form small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them rise again for about 10 minutes. Brush with egg white and bake in a preheated oven.

Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Then prepare the loaves. Finely grate all the vegetables or put them in a food processor and mix with flour, baking powder, egg, Rama Cremefine and cheese, season with salt and pepper and shape into small loaves.

Fry the patties in hot fat. Cut the burger buns in half, spread a spoonful of sauce on top.

Place a lettuce leaf and a few slices of tomato on top, then a patty and top with a slice of cheddar cheese.

Place the burger lid on top and dress with sauce.
