Mahi Mahi is nothing mysterious, it is the dolphinfish. A picture of it can be found on the page:

Divide the fish into six equal portions.Press the cilantro into each unit. Sprinkle generously with salt. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a large baking bowl.

Preheat the broiler. Broil the fish on both sides for 5 minutes each, or until desired doneness is reached. Serve generously basted with the salsa.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
