For the gluten- and sugar-free hazelnut macaroons, preheat the oven to 160° C convection oven. Beat eggs until foamy, slowly add oil.

Gradually stir in the dry ingredients. Place heaps on a baking tray with a spoon and bake the hazelnut macaroons for approx. 20-25 minutes.
