For the Heidi rolls, stir the curd with a fork until smooth. Dice the bell bell pepper, pickle, green onion and ham and stir into the curd along with the other ingredients.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread on baguette, bread or other pastries. When the pastry is ready, bake for about 3-5 minutes in the preheated oven with the grill function (medium level).
