Instructions:

Stir the butter until soft and smooth, then add the finely chopped parsley, chives and crushed garlic clove.

Fold in the thyme, marjoram and the juice of one lemon and season the butter with salt and pepper to taste.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried!
