Instructions:

Pluck the kitchen herbs from the stems and chop finely. Halve the pepper lengthwise, clean and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the garlic and onions. 2.

Knead everything together with the minced meat, ground beef, eggs and breadcrumbs into a smooth dough, season with salt and season with pepper. With moistened hands, form 48 balls from the mixture and fry in 2 portions in 3 tbsp oil each over medium heat for 10-12 min until golden brown.

Drain on kitchen roll and arrange on a platter.

Serve with basil mayo (see separate recipe).

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also stand out for their fresh taste!
