Instructions:

Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Mix the baking powder, flour, salt, milk, 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks to make a dough. Last but not least, stir in the snow and the chopped parsley. Bake 8 pancakes in a row in hot oil and keep warm. For the filling, clean the mushrooms, cut into quarters, sprinkle with lemon. Clean spring onions, cut into fine rings and sauté in oil until liquid has evaporated. Season with salt, thyme, crushed garlic and pepper. Pour the filling on the pancakes form, fold and bring to the table on the spot.
