All ingredients should be at room temperature (eggs!). Knead the ingredients for the dough and let rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Mix the curd cheese with the herbs until creamy. Roll out the dough thinly on floured work surface and cut squares about 8 x 8 cm. Place a teaspoon of herb curd in each square, fold the dough over it and press the edges firmly. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, carefully place the ravioli, and after the first boil, cook gently for about 8 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, the ravioli should float to the top in the cooking water.
