In summer, when there are many fresh kitchen herbs, this is a wonderful dish. In winter it is recommended to use a spice mixture from the freezer. What makes this recipe special are the beans as well as the spinach.

Rinse, clean and chop the beans. Rinse the spinach leaves and cut into strips. Remove the skin from the onion and finely dice it. Rinse the kitchen herbs, shake them dry and chop them coarsely.

In a saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add the beans and pour in the vegetable soup. Cook the vegetables for 6 minutes with the lid on, add the spinach leaves and the herbs and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Then put aside.

Boil plenty of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Squeeze the lemon. Rinse the basil leaves, shake dry and cut into coarse strips. Put the pasta in a colander, pour hot water over it for a short time, drain and put it back into the pot for another time. Stir the vegetables and herbs into the pasta. Season with the juice of one lemon and finally gently fold in the basil strips. Bring to the table hot.
