Instructions:

Pass the potatoes through the passe-vite or mash them with a potato masher. Add flour and season. Mix to form a soft dough.

Roll out the dough on a little flour directly on the parchment paper. Place in a baking tray (28×28 cm or 30 cm for 4 people).

For the topping, mix milk, eggs, cheese and flour, season. Fry bacon and onions in butter over medium heat.

Spread egg mixture and bacon and onion mixture evenly on top of dough.

Bake on the lowest rack of the oven heated to 180 °C for approx. 45 min.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
