Instructions:

For the pickle, boil all ingredients except vinegar essence and fruit vinegar. Add vinegar essence and fruit vinegar and cool the pickle.

Cut the carp fillets into strips about 1.5 cm wide. Pour the cooled dressing over the fish and place in a cool place for 2 to 3 days.

Cut off the onions, apples and gherkins and prepare a marinade with the remaining ingredients.
