Instructions:

For the Hollersekt, put all the ingredients in a suitable container (e.g. a clean plastic bucket) and cover with a cloth.

Leave to stand for a day and a night, strain, bottle and let the Hollersekt ferment for at least 2 to 3 weeks very well closed before consumption.
