Peel the carrots and remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut both lengthwise into narrow strips at the beginning and these into small cubes. Chop the parsley.

Put the veal meat in a suitable bowl. Mix the crème fraîche with the paprika and pepper and add it, as well as the vegetable cubes and the parsley. Mix everything very well.

Butter a small coated pie dish (quiche dish) or a medium aluminum dish. Pour the sausage meat mixture into it and smooth it out with a spatula dipped in water.

Place the meatloaf on the second rack from the bottom of the oven and set the heat to 180 °C. Bake the meat loaf for 50-55 minutes.

Serve hot or cooled.

Serve with potato salad, for example.

Tip:

Instead of carrots and peppers, you can also chop various kitchen herbs, zucchini or corn kernels and add them to the meat dough.
