Instructions:

For the Toffifeestrudel, gradually cream soft butter and sugar with the eggs until fluffy. Then fold in the finely ground almonds and flour. Put this filling in the center of the rolled out dough and press several pieces of Toffifee into the dough.

Then brush the side edges with egg and roll up into a strudel. Finally brush with a little egg and bake at 170 °C for 35 minutes.

Allow the Toffifestrudel to cool briefly and serve.
