Instructions:

Quickly knead a dough from flour, sugar, butter flakes, curd, egg yolk and salt and chill them for 30 minutes.

Cut the peeled apples with the core removed into thin slices.

Roll out the dough thinly on some flour – about 25 x 40 cm. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pierce with a fork.

Whisk the whipped cream with the egg and vanilla powder. Sprinkle the nuts on the dough, spread the apple slices on top, add the butter in flakes and drizzle thinly with honey.

Pour the custard powder mixture over it. Bake in the preheated oven at 150 °C on the middle shelf for about 30 minutes.
